Community Room Only Rental- Full Day
On the walls of the downstairs community room is a pictorial timeline of the area painted by Claude Ruston Baker. The mural depicts the people, places, and events that shaped the 200-year-old history of Moreland and Franklin Township. The community room includes a kitchenette and restrooms.

Full Day $300
- 50% deposit due at reservation, balance due day of the event
- Tent rental is available on request for an additional charge
- Limited handicap-accessible parking
- Valet parking is available at your expense
- Absolutely nothing is permitted on the walls due to rare artwork
- All decorations must be approved prior to the event
- No liquor sales, however you are permitted to supply your own
- This room can accommodate no more than 49 people

Furthermore, we kindly request that renters leave the premises in the same clean and orderly condition as they found it. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150, charged to the card on file.
Moreover, to safeguard the integrity of our cherished artwork within both the sanctuary and community areas, any damages incurred during your rental period will incur a restoration fee. The exact amount charged to the card on file will correspond to the cost required to restore the artwork to its original condition.
Your adherence to these terms ensures the continued enjoyment and preservation of our historic spaces and valuable collections. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our shared heritage.
